18.01.2022 Decided to put you all out of your misery..... Location location location.... We decided BIGGER is better so we ditched our original venue on Ocean St and found a venue with double the space on Duporth ave! We are still in the Ocean Street entertainment precinct and a 200m walk from all the good things there. ... Unfortunately the decision to change venues, plus covid restrictions, hard border closures, bands in lockdown, council requirements etc has pushed our opening dates back and we’re now opening early 2021. Whilst this delay sucks balls it allows us to open when covid restrictions on borders and venues has hopefully eased back to some precovid normalcy and we can put on some HUGE awesome gigs. Our team is working tirelessly behind the scenes with an amazing group of industry gurus to bring our vision to life and give the Coast a venue that it is screaming out for. Opening a live music venue in the middle of a pandemic is absolutely insane but here we are lol Cheers, The Eleven crew

18.01.2022 If you grew up on the Sunny Coast you’d hazily remember running amuck at local band nights and gigs at old Surf Air after a surf comp, sneaking into the old Galaxy to see Silverchair and Blink 182, watching local bands like Grandmas Basement, Dirge, tear up the back of a make shift stage on a trailer on the Maroochy footy fields or the the surf club, the Vans tour at Noosa, or the long drive to and from the old hall out the back of bum f%k nowhere to see your mates band! We... miss that. We miss punk, real rock and metal bands on the Sunny Coast. We’re sick of driving to Brisbane to see our fav local, National and international bands. We’re over bands that don’t fit the coastal hipster vibe having nowhere to play on the Coast and miss amazing opportunities because of it. In a few days we start work turning the beast that is Old Cash Converters building on Duporth ave into Eleven dive bar. On a few weeks we will open the doors. Come have a beer when we open, support some amazing musicians and relive some of your misspent youth in the pit! (This old space is going to look very different in a few weeks!)
