25.01.2022 Serious about the heath of you and your family and love meat? A lot of beef is lot-fed on grain but grass-fed cattle are the tastier and healthier option. At Elim Park our cattle wake up and walk to the back paddocks amongst the rolling hills overlook the Fluerieu coast and eat natural grasses at their leisure. As the day goes by and the sun starts to set they make their way back down to the flats to set up camp for the night where it's nice and protected. Each part of the pr...operty has different grasses and different natural nutrients. Free ranging cattle know what is healthy and good for them and this is the best way to keep strong healthy cattle that produce the very best organic meat. Supermarkets are full of lot-fed cattle which are run on a rapid weight gain basis. Our grass-fed cattle are run to keep the cows happy and produce the tastiest and healthiest meat the choice is yours? If you want to support local produce that is chemical free, grass fed, tasty and healthy. Enquire now, orders for Christmas need to be made soon!

17.01.2022 Hope everyone is staying warm! I think a roast is on the cards for tonight's dinner. What's everyone planning on cooking on this cold winters day?

17.01.2022 We are currently in the process of organising a way so that our lovely customers can buy our beef in smaller quantities. But, if you have the storage space we do still strongly recommend to buy yourself a side of beef. In the long run you save yourself money and it's a smart way to buy. Happy Easter everybody

04.01.2022 What a beautiful evening.

04.01.2022 Wouldn't you like to know exactly where your product is coming from? Unfortunately most companies are big and source widely which almost makes quality control impossible. Only a small single unit business can really provide quality guarantee. Keep it small, support local and have a 100% guarantee that the animals are treated well and absolutely NO chemicals are used on the animals or the property.

04.01.2022 Elim Park this evening.

02.01.2022 Grass over grain!

01.01.2022 BREAKING NEWS: The cows stranded on this grass island by the NZ Earthquake have been rescued. Here's how they did it... The plight of the marooned cows made wor...ld headlines after vision of emerged of them in a devastated paddock near Kaikoura on New Zealand's South Island. Aware of the ever present risk of a further land slide, a group of local farmers took on the task with nothing more than picks and shovels. Over a few hours this morning they've dug a trench using picks and shovels and freed the cows who were in desperate need of food and water. Aside from the inspiring community effort, what's even more remarkable is that it appears the cows 'surfed' that island to its eventual resting spot when a large landslide hit their home paddock. Now that's one incredible survival story...

01.01.2022 Happy 2nd birthday to our boy Cooper.
