Think of a seed that you want to grow into a mature plant. Now think.....what environment and care, does this seed need to grow? Environment and care are our growth mindset tools and non-judgmental support and counselling. Now relate this concept or metaphor to a child, a dancer let's say... That's what Karen does. Karen finds out what a student's strengths are and supports the development of these innate strengths so as to assist the student to grow and mature into a healthy and successfully functioning dancer.
