21.01.2022 ’ ... So here’s a progress pic from the last time I successfully prepped and then stepped on stage with @wbff_aust ( 12 !) ... Wow who would have thought the world could change so much since then?! ... , - ~ Eating to lean down ( yes opposite to most with the Iso gains! ) ~ Training at home (since first going into lockdown in March) ~ Homeschooling (Grades 1 & 3! ) ~ Cooking & cleaning ~ Coaching (weekly calls + 24 hr message support) with no days off all of above during the 3 lockdowns! ? 20.01.2022 Not everyone feels comfortable sharing their transformation pics & that’s ok. But I sure do love when someone chooses to - ’ . ’ . !! ! @annihillationfitness As many could relate, the journey to improve health and fitness typically begins with a starting pic with an facial expression that reads ‘hurry-up-and-take-this-I’m-feeling-SO-uncomfortable’ !!... And then comes the result after A BIG BEAMING SMILE!!! ! ’ hmmm how long have you got?! Give me a few days & let me just unravel my scroll! But in short there’s been so many highs - there’s also been lows (navigating life!), she’s proven to be such a high achiever with soooo many weeks of consistency, sooo many weeks of never missing a training session & then of course, needing to make intelligent decisions and be ok with pulling back at times - learning that extra rest can also be productive a LOT of learning, a lot of self development whilst also understanding striving for improvement is a lifelong journey! , & ’ ! From beginning training with just 1 set of DBs & only basic training knowledge - to creating a home gym set up & now programming effectively for herself! From completing Nutrition studies - to Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness - to now launching her very own coaching business! Not to mention, recently setting the goal of a photoshoot & smashing it! To be able to achieve this transformation & look after her family - including homeschooling 4 kids (4 different grades!) through a pandemic is BEYOND PHENOMENAL and a testament to her growth character, resilience & determination to just keep levelling up! ’ @annihillationfitness ! ____________________________________ : ... ____________________________________

OMG these pics just absolutely blow my mind!!! ____________________________________... @chantelle_two_harts : There was no Herbalife, Isogenix, body wraps, detox cleanses or SlimTea in the making of this process I’m in Vic & Chantelle lives in WA ~ Coaching was all done online & over the phone (yes how convenient LoL ) ~ Pics / measurements / weigh in logged in my app + message support + check in call weekly ... followed by full message support & calls on the day - making tweaks as needed & I was hanging by the phone every minute!! ... ohhhhh can’t describe this day in words ~ each time off stage - answering calls & hearing the news!!! Win - after win - after win... my boy & I were screaming, holding hands & jumping up and down with elation!!! (Roc ~ bouncing away on the couch I might add!! Lol ) Chantelle didn’t exclude any foods during her prep - she ate s, chocolate, icecream, had dumplings & pizza ...everything in moderation! ~ Sustainable & balanced approach ~ No 6 ingredient comp plans here!! Chantelle was an absolute Super client applying all advice & proving to be the hardest worker ~ So freakin proud of what we achieved together!! ____________________________________ : ... ____________________________________

Realise the choices you have! Own your power! ~ Be thankful for what you already have. Fulfillment is in the present! ~ Make time for those who truly matter connect by expressing love to strengthen your relationships. ~ Create fun, joy, happiness & you will maintain a full heart! 03.01.2022 ’ ’ . ~ Actually I don’t do any at all! // There have been no crunches, planks, hanging knee raises etc in my training routine over the years - nutrition is the focus ...calorie deficit with the right foods! // ! ... ~ I always take a slow steady approach to leaning down to maximise muscle retention plus I value performing at my best every day! ’ ! ~ For example - it’s so important to practise self & self acceptance! // Embracing who you are right now + acknowledging your body for everything it is capable of & loving it for all the amazing things it can do for you (some examples building muscle, gaining strength, healing, growing / birthing / recovering from - a baby!) #PERSPECTIVE ; ) // % . ~ This is mostly due to genetics - varying body composition e.g. fat distribution being different from person to person. // Unfortunately you can’t ‘spot reduce’ - you must lean down all over until you see visible abs! // . ~ Some might have wide blocky abs compared to others with thin narrow abs (that’s me!) some sit higher and others lower. // Some will have 4 some 6 some 8! // ! ~ In saying that, you must be prepared to work for them! // It takes effort, focus, determination, patience & perseverance! // ... , ? // & ! ____________________________________ : ... ____________________________________

02.01.2022 ? ‘’ ’ / ‘ ( / )’ / ‘ ’ ’... What are all the stories you tell yourself - as to why you can’t improve your health and fitness?... F sOME ! The truth is these ^ are just limiting beliefs that don’t serve you & your only limitation is !! ** of course, this really is said with so much to HELP! ( - !! ) ~ Here’s the good news You CAN change the internal script and create a new identity for yourself! ... ’ !! 50 years old Hashimotos Low thyroid function 1 kidney Shoulder surgery Menopause this AMAZING woman has not viewed these challenges as limitations!! What an inspiration especially considering her journey first began at 105 kilos!!! She’s deserving of so much praise & I’m so thankful she has allowed me to share her story I know this will make such a difference for so many! ( I have posted this must read: ‘Goodbye to the Old Me’ in the comments section) She really is a special one & part of the 1% her work ethic ! I actually had to force her to take rest days initially as she kept wanting to go above and beyond doing extra training! I have huge respect for her persistence in reaching her goals! Not only has she had to adapt with the COVID-19 restrictions from gym to home workouts with limited equipment she has also been working extra shifts (+ night shifts!) at the hospital & nursing home! She is a Supermum, a loving wife + a carer for her aging parents who during this time have undergone recovery from ops + Cancer treatment & as you can imagine, there is a huge emotional weight that comes with processing everything that is involved with providing this level of care. WHAT A REMARKABLE STRONG WOMAN!!! She really is something else!!! It’s with tears in my eyes that I attempt to even try to explain just how honourable this is I really have no words to express it. Just so in awe of her! Overall, 94.5 cms lost! And her story to herself is this: ‘ & - !’ Stay tuned because we are just getting started with transforming this physique! ; )
