25.01.2022 GoME // (Gallery of Modern Ellivo) The Corkboard Series. We have found a new appreciation and love for our studio space this year. We really missed having the chance to collaborate and share organically while working from home; so since we’ve been back we’ve really made the most of it! We recently did an afternoon show-and-tell of what we’ve all been working on. Sharing the highlights and challenges of our projects, recognising everyone’s hard work and learning from each other in the process.

19.01.2022 191 STRATTON // Our latest project in Manly with Demartini Fletcher has just been launched to market! Situated just off the high street, 191 Stratton comprises 43 generous apartments across two buildings, separated by a lush green courtyard. The building forms step down and express themselves differently along the street fronts as the site mediates between the high street and the neighbouring residential area. 15.01.2022 VANTAGE BURLEIGH // We are proud to have been working with the Rayjon team on Vantage Burleigh, which is currently out to the market. The project makes the most of its location with an elevated coastal feel. The foyer & residents lounge are authentic and textural with the inclusion of carefully-detailed, tactile joinery elements highlighted by feature lighting. This attention to detail extends into the apartments, giving a sense of refined, modern luxury throughout the development.

10.01.2022 NORTHGATE MEDICAL CENTRE // The building’s form seeks to be bold, minimalistic and timeless. Its open corner addresses the site’s main entry, with well-shaded balconies wrapping the upper floor, allowing for a private retreat for workers without disconnection from the ground plane. Double height atriums and large internal skylights, open both to sky and planters below seeking to breathe life into the building. We’re looking for a Graduate - Mid Level Interior Designer with experience in large workplace design & documentation. Revit & 3D rendering skills are desirable. With 5 schemes as a starting point, purchasers then have the option to further customise their interior selections mixing and matching materials to create their perfect bespoke Terrace House. The options extend to all interior finishes including flooring, joinery finishes, benchtops and even tapware colours. All options have been designed to work with each other, making the selection process as seamless as possible.

06.01.2022 CELEBRATE // We are super excited to announce that two of our fellow Ellivians, Liehan and Erin, have passed their architectural registration exams! This process is the last step towards becoming a registered architect; and we couldn’t be happier for them.

05.01.2022 DESIGN DETAILS // Located on the ground floor of the Aurizon building, The Whistle Dixie layers a number of materials and textures to create a rich and dynamic environment. With a subtle reference to 1970’s American Western films, Whistle Dixie draws from a Clint Eastwood film. The fit-out integrates a number of references. Photography by Mindi Cooke Photographer
