24.01.2022 Short video clip an hour ago today - from Caroline St, the Block, Redfern. The new Gym is going to be on the ground floor on cnr with Eveleigh St. It will be across the road from 24 storeys of student housing. There are going to be many healthy, fighting-fit students in Redfern soon.

23.01.2022 The Gym fit-out is of course underway and the latest is that fit-out will be completed before the end of March. So unless it’s early March.., but looks more likely an April opening date..! As soon as that’s available, that definite date will be immediately posted here I promise.

18.01.2022 Hi folks, friends & supporters of the Elouera-Tony Mundine Gym. First of all, wishing each and everyone, all the very best in all your endeavours and adventures in 2021! It should be an interesting year and hope we can carry over the useful lessons we’ve been taught over the past 12 months.. The latest with our new Gym my people is that there’s a small delay to our original projection..and now looking very likely that we’ll have a March Opening rather than next month! And of course we’ll be updating more regularly now and will come up with a more exact date for you soon..

18.01.2022 Ceiling piping is getting a black paint-job as we go for the industrial look.. to put you back in work-mode ! - if you fall, roll over on your back & think about quitting.. We can’t wait for this gym to hurry and open.! On the the other hand...we’re always thinking up of something new every day that we had forgotten to add/implement...so, while it sometimes feels too slow, we’re thankful for these refreshing, ‘slow times’.!

13.01.2022 Made a stopover last night for a quick night-time look at the Pemulwuy construction site on the Block, Redfern. Video clip shot from top end of Eveleigh st, cnr with Caroline st. Looking down Eveleigh with City lights in the background. Gym site there on the corner, bottom floor - with 4 levels of residential apartment floors above. The Gym is scheduled to finally open in February 2021 folks! ... We will be holding a pre-opening, Gym Promotional Launch on Sat December 5, 2020. We’ll be keeping you posted of course!

10.01.2022 The quiet before the storm... Quick look in the gym today..no movement till Monday when the fit-out gets under way finally. A bit of a nervous wait for final approval. ... But got it! Any time before March ends we may be in!
