22.01.2022 Hi everyone, I hope you are all well and I am looking forward catching up with you as soon as the markets reopen. I would like to keep you up to date with what has happened at Elsabe's Therapies during the past couple of months. I completed my Diploma with the Australian College of Aromatherapy with specialisations in: Aromatherapy for Palliative & Aged Care... Aromatherapy for Menopausal Woman Aromatherapy for Ante & Post Natal Care This led me to continue my studies with Pregnancy Massage Australia and now that the restrictions are lifted, I am looking for non-pregnant bodies to practise on first. If any of my clients are interested in receiving a massage, please message me. With regards to my discount voucher for aromatherapy massages that I handed out at the markets with an expiry date of 30 April 2020. I am extending this date to 31 July 2020. If you kept your voucher and would like to book for an aromatherapy massage with the healing stones (hot stones), please message me.

21.01.2022 Hi everyone, I like to give you a quick update from Elsabe's Therapies. I have completed the Pregnancy Massage Certificate and have started the Pregnancy Massag...e Australia Practitioners course. To complete the course, I now need to treat 2 pregnant women 3 times before I can become a Nurture Life Practitioner. I know this is a very uncertain time we are living in, however if there is anyone out there who is prepared to share their pregnancy journey with me I would highly appreciate it if you could help. I need two volunteers to work with me to complete a Pregnancy Client History and Health Assessment Form and put together a Pregnancy Client Care Plan, which would include 3 pregnancy massage sessions. This would be free of charge for the two volunteers. These assessments will then be graded by Pregnancy Massage Australia. Please keep in mind that I work from home and that I am not just responsible for my family's and my own health but also the health of my clients. If you are interested please message me.

13.01.2022 Hi everyone, I hope you are all well and I miss seeing all of you at the markets. As you know I do not often share product information, however as many of us are running out of our important On Guard essential oil I have started to experiment a little with different formulas that I found on the internet or received from other doTERRA wellness advocates (thank you very much for sharing). This formula that I am sharing with you today is the one that I think is aromatically the... closest that I can get to the original blend. To make your own On Guard blend: 100 drops Wild Orange 50 drops Clove 30 drops Cinnamon 20 drops Rosemary 20 drops Eucalyptus Once you have made your blend, leave it it for at least 4 days for the new molecules to form before use. If you are passionate (like me) about creating new blends you will find it very interesting to see how the blend changes aromatically on a daily basis (it is so exciting). This blend is NOT for internal use because I added the eucalyptus oil. If you do not have all of the above essential oils I can blend some on request only.
