23.01.2022 You may wonder why I use butterfly illustrations in my images? When my beautiful Nanna passed away I was gifted her armchair, which I recall her sitting in every time I went to visit her at my mum's house prior to her passing. The pattern is now a tattoo I carry on my arm which is a replication of the butterflies on the upholstery of the armchair. It didn't dawn on me at the time, but I always found beauty in watching butterflies and then realised the significance of using t...hem in a line of activewear I had created years prior. Butterflies remind me that it's never too late to transform ourselves to reach our full potential. The armchair is now a gentle reminder everyday of the wisdom my Nanna passed on to me. Her uncandid opinions of ideas I had for my business and support for my dreams. So there is a little piece of my Nan flying with the EMBRACE Brand and everywhere I go. I hope next time you catch a butterfly in your sights you too will be reminder of your own potential.

21.01.2022 . Really there is no such thing as being good at yoga, because it is simply an opportunity for you to meet with yourself on the mat, before or after a hectic day, and see what your body feels like doing. And you can let the yoga do the rest. It does not matter if you feel inexperienced, and it is definitely best not to compare yourself to how bendy and flexible other people in the class may appear - yoga is 100% for you - a personal practice to en...joy as you wish. Yoga is about you listening to your body and feeling into how a posture can work for you. If you are consistent, and continue to practice, you will start to see benefits both physically and mentally. You will begin to feel healthier and happier more of the time. And who can argue with that? Have you ever felt like a graceful swan or a baby giraffe during yoga? @anthonysaperture
