24.01.2022 COVID-19 update - newsletter out SERVICE CHANGES DUE TO COVID-19 Embrace understands this situation is constantly developing, as such two new services are being added by us to ensure we can continue operations as changes occur. ... We are pleased to offer the following NEW services: Telehealth Sessions: A video call session will be conducted with one of our instructors, providing a similar experience to our existing one on one sessions. Weekly Program Service (WPS): Using the WPS one of our clinicians will send through a tailored program at the beginning of the week and track your progress throughout via a phone call. We are still providing one on one sessions, however group classes have been suspended (unless you live with other attendees). Your safety is our first priority, as such we are making these changes proactively. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us, we're here to help!
11.01.2022 Due to the ever changing situation we are currently facing, we have decided to offer virtual sessions and a weekly program service, as well as offering our existing services (e.g. one on one sessions, small group classes). Virtual sessions will consist of a video call with one of our instructors and utilise the exercise elements available at your home. Whereas the weekly program service will entail a customised program being sent to you each week, with a clinician contacting... you at the end of the week to ensure the program is being followed. We understand that these are strange times, but we have to keep moving forward as a society and adapt to our current situation. Exercise is especially important now more than ever, as we are increasingly present at our homes and have nowhere else to go. While these times are challenging we are still here for you, we’re only ever a phone call away. @ Embrace Movement Clinic
11.01.2022 Regarding the current situation with Covid19, Embrace will be running classes and sessions as per usual. We will be following all guidelines as per the state and Commonwealth governments. We recommend that outside of class clients exercise extreme caution and practice a high level of personal hygiene. Avoiding contact with those who have been ill/overseas, washing hands frequently and sanitising surfaces. We recommend that any clients who have recently returned from overseas ...or are exhibiting signs of illness to refrain from coming to the clinic. We also recommend those who are at higher mortality risk avoid group sessions for now and if they wish to train they do so on a one to one basis. At Embrace we are taking this threat very seriously and are sanitising equipment after each session. We are ensuring that we adhere to government standards and regulations to safeguard the health of our clients. Embrace understands the situation regarding Covid19 is serious and that there is a lot of panic surrounding this disease. We recommend that people remain calm while exercising caution. Stay safe and take care, from the whole team at Embrace For more information regarding this topic check out our blog using the link provided: https://www.embracemovementclinic.com.au/page See more
