25.01.2022 I am always looking for ways to save money. My latest favourite food is coconut yoghurt but its expensive. So...I went researching for a way to make my own and I am VERY happy with the result. Take 2 cans of good quality coconut cream, add 4 tablespoons of coconut yoghurt (thats a small tub), whisk and cover with a clean cloth. ... Leave in a warm place for 24 to 36 hours (I went 36 hours) then bottle and refrigerate! I found my new culture was not as sweet as the store bought which I prefer, but you could sweeten with a little organic maple syrup. So I saved about $6 on 900grams of coconut yoghurt! Worth it if you love it like I do :)

24.01.2022 Now this is my kind of market! Ballistic Beer Co at Salisbury where the hosts offer you a beer. Come down and try their amazing beers and shop for Mothers day at the market. 1pm to 5pm today.

Teapots with crocheted pure wool tea cosies, hand decorated tea infusers with tea pot or cup charms, gift packs and cup coasters! Mother's Day is not that far away, pick up something beautiful for your special Mum. You could have lunch in one of the lovely cafes or at the famous Stones Corner Hotel...a great day out!

17.01.2022 Tonight I tried a facial cleanse from work. When it was done I needed a toner but I had none...so I made one! what do you think of a toner made with apple cider vinegar, rosewater and organic red rose petals? It feels wonderful!
