20.01.2022 25th Birthday cakes for twin sisters. The gold cake is a caramel mud cake with white chocolate ganache layers and the pearl cake is chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganache layers. The red fantasy flowers are and scattered petals hand made and the black and red lace is completely edible!

14.01.2022 As part of my Patisserie course we completed a chocolate unit. All the chocolates and showpiece were made using Coveture Chocolate, that is chocolate of the highest cocoa butter mass. And although i can't share samples with you over facebook let me say once you've had Coveture it's very hard to go back to anything less than the best.... The theme for our showpiece was floral, i chose to combine the theme with my Egyptian Culture.
