The Dental Board of Australia has eased restrictions for Dentistry to Level 2 starting Monday 28th September. This means we are no longer restricted to only seeing emergency patients. ***We are now able to increase the range of dental services, including check-up and cleans (hand scaling only), fillings, crowns, Invisalign, braces,... dentures and root canal treatment*** Many of our patients have opted to be on our waiting list for the last 6 weeks whilst we were on Level 3 Dental restrictions. Our receptionist will be calling these patients to schedule an appointment in the coming days. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Rest assure that our dental practice will still continue with strict infection control protocols. Patients will be screened, and asked to wait in the car until the dental room is ready. All touch points including door handles, pens, EFTPOS keypad, etc. will be sanitised and disinfected after every patient. The safety of all our patients and staff is our top priority. The Victorian Government and the Australian Dental Association today has announced that dentistry is now under Level 3 restrictions, which means we are still OPEN to look after all dental emergencies requiring immediate attention. This includes toothache, pain, trauma, swelling and infections. Please rest assured that we are open SIX days a week (Mondays to Saturdays) to ensure all emergency patients are looked after within 24 hours. We also offer NO deposit and NO interest payment plans (ZIP & HUMM) as a convenience to all our patients. During these uncertain times, we have continued to go above and beyond our infection control protocols, with regular sanitisation of all touch points including door handles, benches, EFTPOS machines, pens, etc. We encourage all patients to wait in the car upon arrival and call our practice.
