03.01.2022 OMG Thank you to all present for another weekend of Energenetics Constellations <3 Not one of us would have had the shifts we had without our brothers and sisters in the field with us. Tho this work can be one one on one with equal shifts in our specific issue, we miss out on the fractal constellations that happen inside us as we represent for others in the field. We do it together. In love, for love. We shift the pain, darkness and wounds we have been carrying and burst them... open with fierce love, like a seed bursts from its shell and clear these patterns not just in ourselves, but our family lines and then bit by bit, in the collective consciousness. <3 I am in awe of our days together this weekend at Second Story Studios in Melb (such a great venue in the field that's been created there) both Saturday and Sunday, and every day this work touches a field of beings who gather with the intention to address and heal their shadows, with love, grace, vulnerability, courage and the willingness to see, feel, face and move, from pain to love. In gratitude to all and to the path I have walked in this life, to get me to this moment in my own journey and to hold this body of work. Thank you <3

01.01.2022 It's the unexpressed and unprocessed GRIEF in past traumas that gets passed down. And we are still teaching repression of grief in our teenagers and children in our school system. I know examples this year in my daughters school of how Ok it is to have a physical sick day but not OK to be honest that its a mental health day.
