25.01.2022 Life is lived in the simple moments. The moments in between. The songs that we feel in our bodies. The unexpected conversation. Cups of tea. Taking in nature’s beauty. We can often have the mindset that our dreams, our dream life, the magic is way over there, somewhere in the future, the distance, not yet close enough to even see. And yet if we go back to the simple pleasures of life, our dream is right here. It’s not just right in front of us, it’s within us in these moments of life. This is an invitation to bask in the beauty of today, pop on a song that moves you, drink your tea while you feel the warmth of the cup in your hands, tell the person that you love that you love them. It’s these moments where our dream life is lived.

22.01.2022 People say to me all the time... I’m so ready. I’ve been putting this off for too long. I’m sick of life feeling so hard. I’m sick of my own BS. If you are ready why do you keep putting it off? ... To honour what you know is true for you, it takes commitment. It takes putting yourself first. It takes putting up your hand and saying I’m ready to get uncomfortable. I’m ready to be wrong. Our ego will tell us that’s a silly idea, you’ll end up broke, lonely and lost. What if I told you the opposite was true? What if I told you that when you come back to your heart, that is where you’ll find yourself. That is where you’ll find a deep sense of knowing. A deep ‘ohhhh it’s this. It’s been me all along’. I’ve been what I’ve been looking for! So often we can find ourselves looking for the ‘thing’. The thing that will fulfil us, that will make everything make sense, the thing that will be the ‘key’ to unlocking our potential, finding freedom, success, wealth, our PURPOSE. What if I told you there’s no key? What if I told you you’re the key? Surely it can’t be that simple? Right? Because if it was that simple I would have figured it out by now? We would have all figured it out by now? Big truth we’re aroused by the idea of things being difficult, complicated, stressful, hard. It makes us feel more important. Big truth your dream life is not without effort but it’s effortless. Let me know when you’re ready to put down ‘the hard’ and take up the ‘simple’ I’m here for you. 04.01.2022 I often don’t speak up on what I see in the industry, and at times have felt uncomfortable to fit under the label of being a ‘coach’. I am here for your truth, for you to come home to your heart and not to sell you or convince you that elusive golden key (there is no fucking key) that is somehow going to magically unlock the door to all your wildest dreams. The truth is you already have what you need inside of you, your divinely guided in every moment and this ‘work’ is so much simpler than it’s made out by the industry to be.
