Dreams are coming alive for this beautiful couple As second home buyers, Sam & Jackie did not think this was possible... $6,000 is their deposit required and repayments are around $400 per week One requirement was a coastal block.. so with some research and a little luck, we found a gorgeous little spot in Golden Bay, just a walk from the beach! Congratulations Jackie & Sam!!!

It is incredibly tough to work hard & support your family, eat healthy, exercise, sleep enough, create a happy home, have family time, go on date night and the list goes on and on... How do we fit it all in and somehow stay sane? The answer for me is to take a step back, be grateful and appreciate all I have. Most of all enjoy every moment possible! ...
