19.01.2022 So they, the giants corporations and governments, are dismissing artists and musicians all over the world. Three Melbourne schools let go their music teachers. All venues have stopped due to the pandemic. Music is not helping nor essential in this pandemic hmmmm? I would argue that music and the arts is a staple of the current mental health coping strategies used by every individual currently in isolation. If these policy makers really dont turn on a tv, listen to radio or... streaming services and watch videos on social media then ok. But I would suggest the opposite is happening. Grrrr See more

12.01.2022 My Aussie Artist of the Day: Steve Wade has a new album out. Stephen Wade is an English-born Australian-based singer, songwriter and musician. He won the Australian Songwriter of the Year in 1989 and 1990. Wade was a member of the Graham Goble Encounter (199395), which recorded two albums and toured Germany. During 1994 he provided guitar and vocals for another group, Tempted, on their self-titled album. From 1996, for four years, Wade was a lead vocalist for the soft rock... group, Little River Band.
