19.01.2022 By demand. The nut-free, no bake lunchbox slice. You will need: 1/2 cup coconut oil... 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey 1 1/2 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 3/4 cup shredded coconut 2 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp linseeds Few pinches ground cinnamon 1/2 cup sultanas or raisins Line slab pan with baking paper. Add dry ingredients (keep sultanas aside) to large pan and dry roast for five minutes on medium heat. Stir constantly to prevent burning. Melt coconut oil and combine with maple syrup. Once melted, mix into dry ingredients and add sultanas. Pour into slab pan and press down firmly. Top with additional coconut. Refrigerate and store in fridge. Notes: Adjust sweetener accordingly if trying to reduce your children’s intake.
