24.01.2022 very quick and easy apple crumble with cream Left over stewed apples in a small baking dish. Butter, desiccated coconut, cinnamon, sugar, skim milk powder all rubbed together, on top. (I didn’t measure amounts, just threw in handfuls and went by feel! Will measure next time). Put in a moderate oven til golden on top. 21.01.2022 Liver is something I’ve always encouraged my clients to make a part of their diets. Even just 180g or so of beef liver once a fortnight can be enough for most people to make a serious difference to their overall nutrition. There is no other food quite like it for nutrient density. I’ve tried but I just can’t find a way to eat it that doesn’t make me gag or I’m ok to eat it but I travel frequently and can’t always access it wh...en I’m away or I live in a remote area and don’t have a reliable source. So after years of hearing your trials and challenges we finally felt the need to do something about it. As with all things we agree that ‘fresh is best’ but in the case of beef liver, we believe this is the next best thing. My criteria was that it had to be 100% Australian, grass-fed, bovine, free of contaminants and flow-agents, non-defatted, and using the highest technology freeze-drying methods for best possible preservation of nutrients. We also made sure the capsules were gelatin and smaller in size so that they’re easy to swallow. We’re so excited to get these done finally!!
