10.01.2022 Term 4 enrolments for the Emotional Toolbox 8-week course are now open and classes start from this Monday 19th October. 2020 has been such a big year of changes so why not take this opportunity to address any issues that may be compromising your wellbeing before we head into the new year. The weekly 2hr classes are being offered on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday evenings from 6.30pm or Saturday mornings starting at 10am. Each fortnight a different topic is covered, including CHOICE, FEELINGS, TRUTH & CHANGE. The cost of the course is $350. Both face to face or online options are available.
