07.01.2022 Employ Health physio Zac Lowth in the news! It was great to have the South Burnett Times drop by to see some of the outstanding work Zac is doing with Swickers in Kingaroy. We are very fortunate to work with organisations that value the health of their people.

06.01.2022 Cracking morning by the Employ Health team. Race report: The pre race nerves were palpable for some, particularly @mattjstewart . @Tom James went into his zen zone and looked cool as a cucumber while simultaneously looking like he just got out of his hospital bed to race.... @zac and @Hamish blasted out of the blocks in the swim, setting a cracking pace out front. @ryantiernan was consistent and as the front runners faded, he swam over the top of Hamish (literally) as they rounded the final buoy to be a surprise leader out of the water. Hamish and Zac were hot on his heels at only 3 seconds behind. Matt was a further 1 minute back. Tom existed the water a further 1.5 minutes back with Scott 30 seconds behind Tom. As expected Zacs speed in transition gave him a solid 300m lead over Ryan in the early stages of the bike. Matt stormed over the top of them both and ended up with a combined bike and transition time that was just under 4 minutes quicker than the next best Ryan. Ryan overtook Zac on the bike but couldnt pull the lead he needed over Zac heading into the run. Despite some hiccups in transition, Tom put in a solid ride to erase the deficit to Hamish. Heading into the run it was Matt, Ryan, Zac, Hamish, Tom, Scott. Zac powered over the top of Ryan early in the run whilst Tom defied bird flu to swoop past a fading Hamish. Zac had the best of the run times, but he couldnt make up ground on Matt who took out top spot. Three minutes behind was Zac. A further 4 minutes back was Ryan who managed to stay ahead of a fast finishing Tom by 3 minutes. A flying run leg from Scotty Casella put a scare through Hamish in the closing stages, but Hamish managed to stay ahead in a tightly run content. #triathlon #championsofhealth #braggingrights @ Raby Bay, Queensland, Australia

06.01.2022 Congratulations to Ryan "The Triathlete" Tiernan who entered his first triathlon today and managed to get on the podium with a second! Congratulations Ryan!
