23.01.2022 Delayed Onset of Muscle Soreness aka DOMS... I've started the New year by mixing up my exercise routine and trying some new things and boy oh boy am I feeling it!! I'm now heading into Day 3 of DOMS and can finally get onto the roller to help my muscles recover New Years often brings about new challenges and goals to kick start our motivation. COVID interrupted our challenge last year so let's jump back on the wagon this year!
