24.01.2022 How do we deal with trauma? Do we share it or do we bottle it up until it explodes. Do we wait for things to tragically happen and then realise we have to make ...a change? What do we need to do, or who do we reach out to, to make that change? Have an awesome day whanau! Kia pai tõ r. 23.01.2022 We often compare ourselves to people who have been working for years to get to where they are today. Stop it! The others with the overnight success or immedia...te results have been at this longer than you have. They have had more time to grow and build. Take your relationship one step at a time and do what you can with what you have, right now.

20.01.2022 It's taken some years to acknowledge and appreciate the changes in my life. First to admit, had I not, life would not be as blissful as it is today. Through G...od's grace, I've overcome the mountains of struggles and heartaches, many set there of my own will, and many from others. Were we ever given the strategies to know how to cope with challenges? If so, were they simple enough that we could even understand, or follow through with. The oh too familiar "harden the F up" was and still is a strategy, used today. Is it an easy way to rid yourself of a situation, or is it short sharp answer to I don't wanna know. Competing complexed personalities, plainly put, everyone vying for the same space. We all know that when different personalities, especially strong ones show up in the same space, the pot can get pretty hot, real quick! How do we cope? What is our action plan? In order to change the mindset, we must know what is good for it. Trying to new things Belief that everything will turn out alright Positive thinking Know your worth Asking for help Supporting others Know your purpose Respecting others Develop the qualities of a positive person It looks hard, but it ain't, change your mindset

20.01.2022 ~EMPOWER GROUP INC~ It's been a hard slog, lots of lessons in between, lots of missed moments, lots of pain, but hey we didn't let go! Running through the final... parts of this baby, but we know the END is near! Can't thank you all, ENOUGH for your commitment, your loyalty, most of all your advice! There when I cried, died, and all the rest that goes with putting together this kaupapa. Thank you Father, for giving me that quick swift kick, every single time.... to get this shizzle done, grateful as! Stay tuned whanau!
