19.01.2022 We know you are all very excited about the prospect of returning to playNHA in conjunction with HNSW and Sport Australia have developed a rigorous plan for returning to training and eventually competitive games. More information will be released throughout the coming weeks about the details of this plan and we expect all members to embrace the plan and commit to the measures in place so we can get back to playing normally as soon as possible. To clarity the fee structure, w...e have re-calculated based on the information that we have available to us now and we can confirm the maximum fee amounts for 2020 are listed below: Senior (Over 18) Club $200 HNSW $144.43 Senior Keepers (Over 18) Club $100 HNSW $144.43 Junior Playing Seniors (Under 18) Club $135 HNSW $82.72 Womens Playing Mens (Addition) Club $100 HNSW N/A Junior Goal Keepers (Under 18) Club $100 HNSW $82.72 Under 8s Club $100 HNSW $26.11 Under 11s & Junior Goal Keepers (Under 11) Club $100 HNSW $53.14 Under 13/16 Club $100 HNSW $82.72 https://emuplainshockey.com.au/registration/ Anyone who has paid full fees already, will be contacted directly to discuss the options for the reimbursement of the fees and HNSW have waived their portion of next years registration fee for any player who pays a full membership before the 18th of July 2020. The season will likely consist of 9-10 rounds plus a finals series for seniors and at least a competition through Term 3 for juniors. Both of these are in the early stages of planning and subject to change. For this reason, we will only utilise the deposit registration options until we confirm where the fees will end up. 19.01.2022 Training is back Due to the increased restrictions imposed we have had to alter training arrangements. Please see below the current new training program. Players can ONLY arrive at their time and must leave after their session. There are breaks between sessions so players can exit the fields promptly prior to the next group of players arriving. 15.01.2022 Facility Rules & Info - All people must sign in on entrance of the fields. All players must be registered with HNSW to attend training or trials, register here : https://emuplainshockey.com.au/registration/ Entry through middle gate only & Exit through gate nearest Canteen. Entry to field from dugouts from Southern end Exit from field from dugouts from northern end. Back of dugout and changerooms closed.... Hand sanitizer provided at entry of each dugout. No entry to area between fields. Social distancing of 1.5 metres is required. Junior Training 1 parent / carer per child if necessary and can ONLY remain at end of field that child is training on. No non-participant siblings allowed. Senior training no spectators/non participants allowed. Old female toilet is closed & old male toilet now unisex- with one stall for men and one stall for women. Urinals and additional stall closed. First Aid / Isolation Area is the covered area near entry. Anyone who develops symptoms to be asked to leave training immediately. If required to wait for collection then they are placed in isolation area. Mask can be provided from kit. Anyone treating first aid injury or standing with isolation person to wear mask from kit. Reminder Emu Blue Womens will be in the alternate strip at 3:45pm today and Emu Red Mens will be in the alternate strip tomorrow at 11:15am. Shirts will be provided for these teams but dont forget your red Emu socks. If youre not sure just play it safe and pack both pairs of socks.

04.01.2022 Reminder of Player Requirements IF YOU ARE UNWELL STAY HOME - If you are asked leave because you are showing symptoms please be respectful and leave. Individual responsibility to follow covid-19 safety precautions and facilities rules. All players must NOT TOUCH any balls or cones. There is a designated person who will handle the training equipment at the training sessions. All personal equipment must be taken home, any remaining equipment at the end of the training se...ssion will be thrown in the bin (sticks, drink bottles, clothing etc) Please review and consider each of the items in the HNSW Individual checklist below. They are not mandatory to return to training however we would strongly encourage all aspects are considered to increase our chances or continuing to move forward. Remember to always practice good hygiene
