If gymnastics families have been in ...contact with these areas, we ask that they stay home, get tested and if possible, arrange alternative gymnastics lessons. (Extract from NSW Health) If you visited the Crossroads Hotel in Casula between 3 and 10 July or the Picton Hotel on 4, 5, 9 or 10 July get tested immediately, even if you have no symptoms. Self-isolate and stay away from aged care facilities. 17.01.2022 ATTENTION NEW YEAR NEW GYM Little did I know our presentation week would be our last week in our current building. On our last day of term we had a last minute inspection booked and we got accepted for our new home. Our new venue will be located in Camden/ Cawdor and will be 3x times bigger than our current building. Our new building will allow for More class options ... Parents viewing area Permanent tumbling space Larger floor space Additional high beam Permanent vault/ vaulting table set up Gymnastics Parties Our little factory has served us well for the past two years but it is time to move. I’m super excited to get in to our new space and for the gymnasts to train in a much bigger gym. All workshops and levels training will commence in the new building. Our current families and those booked into workshops will be emailed ASAP about the changes. See more

05.01.2022 Please remember our COVID-19 restrictions as gymnastics goes back this week COVID-19 safe restrictions -Please ensure your child is using the recommended hygiene practices advised for the virus; Washing hands, using hand sanitizer and covering coughs and sneezes. We have a hand stanitizer in the gym to sanitise the childrens hands before class commences. ... -We kindly ask parents to use a drop and go method to exercise the recommended social distancing to minimise the speed of possible infection from minimising the time we have individuals gathering in areas of the gym. -To further minimise this we ask parents drop their child off 5 minutes before class starts and pick them up 5 minutes prior to classes finishing. -If your child/ren have been unwell in any way or in contact with a confirmed case of Coronavirus please do not attend classes. Children running a fever or showing signs of sickness (including coughing and running nose) will be asked to be taken home from class. -Along with our weekly clean of the equipment, we will now be disinfecting equipment each night to further minimise the spread of infection. -Please ensure their gym bag contains only the required materials for gymnastics and is not also the gymnasts school bag or other bag. -All gymnasts bring a water bottle- there will be no cups for water. -Gymnasts arrive for class ready for class. -Adhering to signs of social distancing within the gym. -Parents pick up from the roller door with coach supervision.
