25.01.2022 At the end of an extraordinary year, our ninth tip to manage any end-of-year pressure is to find space for self-reflection. Being alone with our thoughts can sometimes make us feel #lonely. But it doesn't have to. If you feel a loss of connection this time of year, remember that being #alone is okay. Alone time provides us with a space for #selfreflection. Use that time to get to know yourself; you could write in a journal, meditate, draw, or any other practice that helps you to connect. #endinglonelinesstogether

23.01.2022 Our eleventh tip to make the most of this holiday break, whether by yourself or with others, is to get out there and see your local sights. For many of us, changes to our holiday plans may mean we find ourselves spending the holiday season alone. But being #alone this time of year can have its benefits. Why not embrace being a stranger in your own citygo for a walk, see a film, or explore your local parks and galleries. #endinglonelinesstogether

16.01.2022 Our tenth tip to enjoy the holiday period is to immerse yourself in a good book. If you feel #lonely this festive season, healthy distractions can help. #Reading stimulates the mind, boosts empathy, and reduces stress. Fictional stories in particular can offer each of us a powerful source of comfort and solace. Through the power of reading, we can connect to and find comfort in imagined characters and worlds. #endinglonelinesstogether
