Spring has a strong energetic feel of surging upwards and outwards.... it’s about really growing into ourselves, building on all that we let go of in Autumn, on all that we contemplated and nurtured in Winter.... When we live our lives in symbolic alignment with the energy of Spring we bring kindness into the world because there is a sense of plenty, we feel secure, and knowing our needs will be met we make room to share our blessings with others. 13.01.2022 I have started to see a pattern developing when I have clients that are living with anxiety..... their energy changes when my pup is near. And pup seems to want to stay in the room with them during kinesiology session. If they are open to this then I allow it, preferring to follow the flow of energy and take direction from that source.... Looking up Dog energy I see it brings trust, loyalty, unconditional love, the ability to accept imperfections and reminds us of the love we have surrounding us. Their energy also helps to teach how to regain personal power, protect self and retain integrity. No wonder the energy in the room changes. These sessions have a two way effect for both client and pup, clients leave saying they feel so relaxed and so many people commenting on our daily walk how chilled pup is, don’t you just love kinesiology Animals are great teachers and healers See more

12.01.2022 Whatever it is that we need to bring forgiveness to, in the short and long term it’s better for us to express our pain, then forgive and let it go! This does not deny that it happened but if we keep processing the situation it keeps us constantly stuck in the past. Forgiveness is a powerful tool

05.01.2022 We need to be honest with ourselves as we step on the Spiritual Path, we can do this by observing ourselves. We tend to blame others before looking at our own part in whatever is playing out, we make judgments or assumptions, but we need to first look at ourselves, our part in things and be honest. By being completely honest with ourselves, we can see what needs to be worked on and what needs to be let go of!... This type of observation/reflection can make our Spiritual journey a lot lighter
