23.01.2022 Hello Gorgeous Humans At Powwow Energetics we love and value the health and safety of our clients. We are doing everything possible here to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 Virus. All the experts are advising we practice social distancing. So the less people who we come into contact with each day the safer we will all be. If you have been overseas recently or have been around someone who has been or are feeling sick or unwell please send us a message on Facebook or as a reply text so that we can reschedule your appointment. We promise once this scary time is over and we will all be able to return to our normal lives. Until then please take care of yourselves and each other

22.01.2022 Blessings to you all in these uncertain times. I have made the difficult decision to suspend treatments for at least the next 30 days to help stop the spread of the virus. I understand many are needing healing even more at these times but I do have to consider everyone including you all, myself and my family. However distance Reiki is just as - if not more - powerful than personal treatments. So I am offering an online consultation via Skype, with distance Reiki healing for ...those who want it. 12.01.2022 Being single in a time of social distancing and isolation can bring up unexpected fears of abandonment and feelings of loneliness. Yea, being single can be a beautiful gift. But when youre forced into isolation, old feelings of longing, or jealousy for friends who are happily married and spending time cuddled up with someone can be hard to face. Right now, the tears might fall more easily.... The fear might come in waves. Loneliness may sink in unexpectedly. During this time, even if we fully embraced our aloneness, we might notice our minds spinning out or worrying that were losing time to meet the right person to spend our lives with. Its normal to crave intimacy, to miss cuddling, to want someone to share with. To desire a partner to navigate uncertainty with, to feel safe. At this time, were being invited to practice a high-level of self-care, and self-validation. You make sense. Your feelings are valid. You are enough. You are safe. You are loved. You belong. Everything is going to be ok. Remember that even when you feel alone, you are held. This could be an opportunity for you to create deeper clarity around your patterns in relationship and what kind of partnership you desire in the future. Reach out if you wish.

07.01.2022 Dark Moon The Void Your time to rest and reset is here. Release all that doesn't serve you: stop resisting. The void is a time of possibility not just darkness. There is nothing to fear in letting go of negative patterns and habits, so let go of the old. "I freely release what I no longer need. "... While the full moon - full attractive power - gets all the publicity, the Dark Moon - which offers the infinite possibilities of a clean slate - is just as powerful in its own way. The Dark Moon often looks like just a darker piece of the night sky and in some cultures the way it appears goes back to the idea of the 'void'. It is a place of unknowable secrets, a state of 'everything and nothing' or a place to prepare or rest before moving on. There is a relieving restful quality about this darkest moon that allows pondering and decisions about what we can jettison before making fresh plans for the New Moon. If you find yourself resisting the Dark Moon it is usually a clear sign that you are being stubborn about letting go of something that is old and not serving you in a positive way any longer. Often that is a fear or pattern that was created to protect you in some way. However now it is outdated, yet you are still carrying it or acting it out. Know that this moon is powerful but it's incredibly gentle in the way it helps you unravel what actually is so you can embrace the fresh start of tomorrow. Relax, reframe and think about how much better your life will be without that bad habit, fear or pattern. Get very clear about the possibilities of this transformation and what it will give you in real terms. That is the power of the Dark Moon: it's the optimum time in the cycle to release the old and cut the cords of relationships and traumas that deserve no time and attention in your present.
