24.01.2022 Race report from DGA's #1 driver Harry Bresnehan. It was a huge weekend a Launceston Kart club for the All Things Karting Archerville Triple Crown. We headed up on Friday for practice. On Saturday we were lucky enough to have Mr Flack from Energy Corse Australia come and help all of the Energy Tasmania crew. Dad and I learnt a lot about setup, and we did a lot of testing. My times came down a lot, we were definitely on the pace. Practice was wrapped up early because of the c...razy amount of rain. Sunday was race day. A quick practice session, then straight to qualifying. The kart felt great. We had a fantastic session and I managed to put the DGA rocket ship on pole. Race 1, I was shuffled at the start back to third and raced my way back to 2nd. Race 2 was much the same but in third I stayed. Race 3, I was in P2 from the start, got to first but lost my way as we had trialed some changes that didn’t quite work out. Finished that race in third. Final, again I was off grid position 2 and had a great start settling in close behind George Macmillan. I stayed with him for a while but then ended up battling with my teammate Mitchell Conroy. We battled hard and unfortunately let Sam Gorisch through. I was put back to 4th and made plenty of attempts to get back up there but a podium finish wasn’t to be this time around. Finished in 4th. Dad and I learnt so much and can’t thank Mozz and Damian Flack enough. 19.01.2022 As I sit here on the side of the road in the middle of BFI, waiting for the legend James Bresnehan to bring me some bang juice, I have time to spare for a quick post about the last 3 days at the track with Mr Energy Aus Mr Damien Flack. Firstly congratulations to all the podium getters and thanks to the organisers and officials. Secondly, to say I am proud of the 15 drivers and cast of a thousand in the back ground that make up Energy Corse Tas would be a MASSIVE understate...ment. As a team we have achieved so much in 3 months and never ever stopping to reflect on our laurels, striving to be better and faster and focussing on the big events coming up. Flacky flew down from Brisvegas to meet and greet and help coach the drivers and karts and was very impressed with everyone on and off the track. The results didn’t come our way in the finals but in the true spirit showed with congratulations to those who finished ahead. We showed true raw pace, we raced hard and learnt a B double load worth of knowledge on set up and tuning. The PB’s were smashed and to see the younger crew really getting after it shows me that we are doing this right and rewards will follow. We’ll be back ready to do battle with our Karting mates in Hobart on the 17th of April and we can’t wait. Thank you team and thank you Karting Tas, Mozza See more

04.01.2022 After high-tailing it out of the state with the coveted Blue Plate for Cadet 9's title under it's belt, we have tracked down Blake Purvis's kart, and bought it back to Tassie.
