19.01.2022 When the universe decides you are not listening properly it will find a way to make you truly listen. Today I was involved in a minor bingle, which I admit was my doing. But in having this happen, it has shown me that I need to slow down for now and not try to do so much, and to listen to what I truly need. Like many out there, early on in life I was told to make sure that I respect others and care about them. But again like many it wasn’t really told that I should include my...self in this. Now I can’t say that I don’t look after myself, but I do know that I can do a much better job of it. Today has told me to take time out to do what I really need to do for myself, even if that means vegging on the couch binge watching Netflix. So, this weekend I am going to slow down and not try to get everything done all at once, have some much needed chill out time and recover enough to get through next week. I hope that you all get something out of my rant...... watch this space
