15.01.2022 Coffee Break?? Only an Assessor would get it ;)

09.01.2022 Just saved another client big $$$, An Addition to an existing dwelling wasn't rated correctly by others back in 2017. With the building already under construction options were limited and glazing already installed. We've achieved full compliance and the glazing can remain with only a few upgrades to the insulation and the dwelling rated correctly.

06.01.2022 TIP: Don't take shortcuts when building a new dwelling. Insulate your external walls during the build process, Quite inexpensive and it will save you $$ on heating and cooling costs.

06.01.2022 Yes we compile Commercial Section J Assessments!!! Applying for development Approval for a small cafe to a shopping centre, We have your Energy Efficiency Assessments covered

02.01.2022 excited to be providing a commercial Section J assessment on a renovated training room for an international Health Campus in Melbourne. We love challenges and often Renovations and additions can be quite difficult to achieve compliance, However we don't stop until we find solutions for our clients. No matter how big or small your renovation get in contact with us to get the best possible outcome to reduce your heating and cooling costs. Energy efficient doesn't necessarily mean expensive and all to often little upgrades can save you big $$$ in the long term.

01.01.2022 Just a quick question to those who have built a new home, Have you or did you see your thermal Performance assessment (Nathers & Basix) and were you involved in it? Often the home owner has no idea what the star rating of their new home is or even asked the question if they wanted the performance of their home to be improved. If you are building ask the question to your builder. Also think long term, small improvements in the building process can often save you $$ in the long run.
