22.01.2022 Yesterday I had the privilege of having a site visit of the Dial Regional Sports Complex mid-construction and due to open early 2018! Greg Osborne is my client representative here showing the formation of the sports pavilion and internal roads. The two ovals now loaded with sand and ready to be seeded by the end of the month! 16.01.2022 Max and Liz have some great thoughts to prompt us about complex and challenging engagement - being comfortable with the ambiguity and not leaping to solutions is the trickiest part for many client organisations - I refer to it as sitting on the seat of uncertainty for a while ... creating space for the messy part (as Max refers to it) is so necessary for it to be a truly community led agenda. Thanks Max and Liz!
