23.01.2022 NSW Roads & the NSW Government MUST give attention and funding to the Mt Ousley Interchange sooner rather than later.....please

23.01.2022 Massive thank you to NSW Senate candidate Andrew Bragg for visiting Wollongong this morning! Great to see Andrew out helping our local Liberal candidate for Cunningham Chris Atlee

20.01.2022 Early this morning I learnt of the passing of fellow City of Wollongong Councillor Vicky King. This news is deeply saddening as Vicky and I worked closely toge...ther as Ward 3 Councillors. Even knowing we were on different sides of politics, we never let that get in the way when we needed to get the job done for the community. A moment I’ll always remember was getting the Welcome to Wollongong sign completed at Haywards Bay after we campaigned for it for years! Rest In Peace Vicky, I will miss you deeply especially for the fiery but fun debates, the passion you had for the community and taking the fight up on legacy issues that still existed in the great southern suburbs of Wollongong Vale Cr Vicky King

19.01.2022 Rode on the new Sydney Trams last night and impressed with the ride and good speed between start point and destination....Wollongong could do with similar transport mode....shame WCC Labor, Greens and Independents including the LM not interested in future proofing Wollongong transport

18.01.2022 Another legendary business has come to Wollongong

17.01.2022 NSW Liberal Government delivering the goods Funding committed for planning to duplicate: Piction Road Heathcote Road

14.01.2022 Monday 24th February Wollongong Council Meeting Labor knock back opportunity to write to the Minister Transport & Roads to seek expediting Funding for the Mt. Ousley Interchange Start. How blatantly a poor decision based on Council to approach the RMS for knowledge of the status to where the project is at....go figure. Next Labor will be bagging the Government for not fast tracking the project, typical. Well done to my fellow Liberal Councillors for helping to elevate the Item.

12.01.2022 Awesome to be representing the Liberals at the ItSoWel Ball here with Giovanna Cardamone, Executive Officer and a host of other local identities including Clr Brown

11.01.2022 Councillor Walters letting the good vibes come to town

09.01.2022 A wonderful morning at the Liberal State Council Meeting catching up with fellow Liberals from across the State and in Parliament....great talks by the Prime Minister, Scott Morrison and Premier, Gladys Berejiklian well done Chris Stone and Phillip Ruddock

08.01.2022 Councillor Walters this morning at Town Hall welcoming our newest Australians

03.01.2022 Councillor Cameron Walters with Wongawilli Road residents discussing power supply changes to their premises at last night’s community meeting Now the focus heads towards the landscaping of the historic village with an upcoming community meeting in August

03.01.2022 If you own a Doggo and you’d like to see them run free...or not, because they’re still learning how to be a good dog Make sure to check out one of 11 beache...s and 5 parks across the Wollongong area that are off-leash dog areas! In 2019 I also pushed for a new off-leash dog area in West Dapto that will soon be opening at Reed Park For more details about off-Leah dog areas, check out City of Wollongong website: https://www.wollongong.nsw.gov.au/exp/dog-beaches-and-parks

02.01.2022 Congratulations to Chris Atlee on being endorsed as the Liberal Candidate for Cunningham . Chris is a well-known businessman in the Illawarra, and we look forward to working with Chris on achieving his goal of being the Member for Cunningham

02.01.2022 Mondays are ruff But not on International Dog Day

02.01.2022 On Monday night I won’t be supporting the Climate Emergency stunt by Labor Councillor Ann Martin! Declaring a Climate Emergency will do nothing to help the... environment! This is nothing more than a disgraceful stunt for media and power between Labor and Greens Councillors. I’ll stick to supporting smart and appropriate action in making us a more sustainable area and being cost-effective while doing this! I’ve been happy to support: - Moving from mercury to LED Street Lights saving residents money - Council to push the private sector in installing electric car charging stations - FOGO, but only if we keep the weekly red bin and cost extremely low

01.01.2022 Last night, all three Liberal Councillors voted against declaring a "Climate Emergency" at Wollongong City Council Liberal Councillors saw right through Labor Councillor Ann Martin's desperate virtue signalling to Greens supporters. However, the motion unfortunately passed as the Lord Mayor and Labor Councillors joined their best friends the Greens in tokenism on helping the environment!
