19.01.2022 Most of you know that I did the Date With Destiny program with Tony Robbins - Virtual. This was a online event and it was live. It was in New York Time zone which was a bit more challenging for us over here in OZ... A lot of people have found themselves doing many online programs and upskilling during this COVID time and I just wanted to share with you my routine so you can prepare yourself to get the most out of you trainings. I made sure I was in bed by 7.30pm every night and asleep by 8.30pm at the latest. This allowed me to have enough hours as I had to get up at 1.30am. The other routine I made sure I followed was to have as many healthy snacks available as possible. For example, boiled eggs, fruit, dips and crackers for in between meals. The last part of the routine was to make sure I drank a lot of water. The Tony Robbins programs are all very active and there is a lot of jumping and dancing which burns heaps of calories and also a lot of fluid. So if you want to get the most out of your trainings...prepare!
