24.01.2022 Happiness is an ever changing state of mind, not a constant as everyone assumes it should be. When you can learn to appreciate all of your states of mind a deep peace will develop in you which will become your default state. You'll still go through the emotional experience of being a human being but you will feel ok in knowing that these states are temporary and can be changed. If you want to change your state from one of Sadness, Anger, Guilt, Depression, Anxiety etc check in with yourself or go to an expert holistic counsellor who can expose the inaccuracies in your viewpoints and help you to neutralise them. Don't seek to be happy, seek to understand your view on reality for only there will you find peace.

17.01.2022 Thought for the day: How do I deal with a psychological issue? 1) It's important to understand if our mind is focused on a particular issue which is creating stress in our body, it is neither excessive or interfering with other areas of our life. 2) Then we need to understand the reasons WHY we are concerned about certain aspects in life. 3) Lastly we will need some help with getting the information that provides us with a greater understanding of the aspects of life which have become an issue for us. Along with being provided with the explanation of why these aspects of life are fine, and that there is no need to have an issue with them.

It's a big game of hit and miss. This is just not the way to treat a serious, and sometimes life threatening illness.

14.01.2022 Healthy Mind, Healthy Life. The electrochemical system in our brain is complex and poorly misunderstood when it comes to mental health. If food was a solution then everyone on healthy diets would NEVER get a mental illness, my own experience and also working with hundreds of clients show this is not the case. The problem lies in our brains electrochemical signaling system. If this system is faulty chemical or electrical intervention won’t work long term. They may help with short term relief but the permanent fix lies in repairing the signaling system. This can only be accomplished using belief system therapy. I’m all for eating well, but without a healthy outlook on life, eating well just won’t cut it long term as a solution for mental health issues.



12.01.2022 A firm belief in loyalty will always lead to some form of mental pain in the future. What are we trying to prove to others with this concept, that we are good people and should be looked up to. We already are good people and no-one is actually really loyal for the sake of being loyal, we are loyal for the sake of trying to get others to like us or live up to our expectations. The more you try and get other people to like you so you can feel good about you, or the more you ex...pect others to live up to your expectations, the more susceptible you are to sadness, depression, anxiety and fear. This bullshit concept is so devastating to the psyche and is the cause for many of my clients mental pain. It is also one of the major concepts that leads to suicide. Society has got it all wrong when teaching loyalty. This is definitely not a concept I would teach my children if I want them to remain mentally well.

05.01.2022 Is life the TRUE cause of our suffering or is it the way we are interpreting life that makes it so. Life will continue to unfold in the only way it can, and is ...governed by the law of cause and effect. If you are struggling mentally from what you believe life is doing to you there is only two options you can take. 1) Try and make life go to plan for you to ease your mental pain. This option takes an extreme amount of energy, pressure and total control. It is unreliable and not consistent as cause and effect will ALWAYS determine the outcomes we are meant to get. It is very short term and needs constant monitoring and adjustment as life continues to change. 2) You can work on the way your beliefs are interpreting life. This takes little energy, no pressure and uses minimal control. It is 100% reliable and consistent as you are reprogramming your own mind with information that brings peace and happiness. This solution is long term and if done correctly will work automatically for you over and over again, no effort required. Which way do you think is more effective and easier in the long run? I know what I prefer. :)

05.01.2022 Every decision you have ever made, and will ever make in your life will be right at the time. It only becomes a wrong decision when you believe that your life has unfolded incorrectly because of this decision. This belief about your life unfolding incorrectly is false and will cause you mental pain. How can you ease your anguish? By understanding that it is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE for life to unfold incorrectly, due to the immutable law of nature called Cause and effect. What... will understanding this immutable law do for you? It will give you the peace of mind to move ahead and give life a go, doing well whatever it is that life directs you to do. Even if that is lying on the couch watching TV, or sitting in stress not sure what to do next, or feeling lost, helpless and insecure, give these moments your all. In the end life is the one in charge and will ALWAYS take you in the direction you are meant to go, and give you the experiences you are meant to have. When you live in harmony with the laws of nature your life becomes a great and wondrous adventure, instead of a fearful, overwhelming, challenge to constantly prove your existence on this earth is valid and valuable. 04.01.2022 There are no TOXIC people in our life!! Every person we run into during our lifetime is helping us to grow in our understandings of life. In our current society we are more inclined to toss away things which don't work, or we don't like anymore, to replace them with a newer, better version, this includes our friends/family. ... I think it's time we return to the old ways of working on fixing things, especially relationships, as they have far more value then we are currently seeing, or recognizing. Everyone is worth our time and effort to help them to see how valuable they really are. A human life is far to precious to simply throw to one side. Let's focus more on helping each other instead of how much we can get out of each other to make us happy.

03.01.2022 How to exacerbate Anxiety is to try and PREVENT Anxiety. Anxiety is not your enemy, neither are Anxiety Attacks, they're simply indications that: A) Your Sympathetic Nervous System is working, which is a good thing. B) You're currently believing that the best options to 'cope' with life is to raise your levels of control/prevention to encompass EVERYTHING in your life (ie: control the entire universe), so as not to be seen as a failure, less of a person, hopeless, not strong ...etc. Anxiety is showing you that you're not here to raise your coping skills, or increase your ability to control the entire universe, to prove your value. You are a human being whose value can never decrease or increase, you are valuable because of who you are and what you offer life, 'good', 'bad', or 'ugly'. This is also a good thing. C) There are some areas in your life which you are not seeing as beneficial to you, or others, and hence can be deemed to be a threat to your self worth, or someone elses. When life is seen as a threat the sympathetic nervous system becomes more active to give you the energy required to deal with the threat. This is also a good thing. D) You think having Anxiety somehow shows you to be a lesser human being, when in fact it shows you are human, this is a good thing. E) You are measuring your value by your ability to make life conform to your wishes, which means your value will always be under threat of reduction (death of the self). Anxiety is showing you that you can't always make life conform to your wishes, and that if it doesn't you won't die (lose face/value), you will simply have an experience to help you grow in your understandings about life. Another good thing. The secret to reducing your Anxiety and Anxiety Attacks is to grow out of it by seeing your Anxiety as beneficial, not something that is the enemy and needs to be prevented. In an Anxiety attack breathe OUT deeply and remind yourself you are not going to die, you're value as a human being is not under threat of destruction, and that having Anxiety doesn't make you less of a human being. It simply shows you are still in the learning phase of life.
