24.01.2022 Super proud of my ICPKP International Certificate in High Wellness & Vitality graduates The 6 month certificate that turned into 10 months (thanks Covid). My fabulous students have just completed their last workshop It has been an absolute pleasure teaching them & I look forward to having them back in the classroom next year the for ICPKP International Certificate in Professional Kinesiology Practice to take their new skills to the next level. 18.01.2022 "Untamed" By Glennon Doyle Such a wonderful book, very thought provoking, even my youngest enjoyed the read The conditioning that happens from such a young age shape & mold you in such strong ways, it's always important to check in with yourself to really see ... if it still services you? is it your belief or someone else's? have you out grown it? do you have a new thought/belief? what does your heart say? Who else got some aha/light bulb moments?
