We appreciate your support and the beautiful energy that your brought to the space. It is not often that we take the time to honour ourselves and create space and stillness for gentle reflection. Cass and I hope that the afternoon provided you with the space to deepen your connection within, to meld with the foundational aspects of nature: earth, water, fire air and spa...ce.
