15.01.2022 Went to the lovely restaurant at Lark Hill(next door to our vineyard) operated by Daniel and Katrina and had a fantastic lunch. My scallops and blood sausage on a celeriac, parsnip mash was 5 star! Sarah's truffle ravioli was silky and disappeared very, very quickly. Our male companion's cheeseboard was very inviting. Chef Daniel gave us his own quince jelly and as we waddled out we resolved to return as soon as can think up a reasonable excuse.... .
12.01.2022 Another wine pack going out today ready for our Virtual Wine Tasting on Friday night. We're working on getting the Zoom invitations out tonight! We will be scheduling another Virtual Wine Tasting after this one as Australia Post have advised that they have backlogs of post to deliver and there are some delays. Canberra people will be OK but customers in Victoria and other States can expect delays. Don't worry, we'll just schedule another Virtual Wine Tasting at a date and time that suits everyone!
