14.01.2022 I want to share with you my own special slice of paradise, this is my safe place ! I love this tree, it represents how we creatively adjust to the conditions within our field, for example, this tree has grown leaning to the right, because of it's the environment (field) & the same can be said for us ...we have grown and adjusted in accordance to our environment (needs, dangers, attachment patterns etc). The same can be said for making and more importantly SUSTAINING CHANGE !! This is only achieved when we attend to our environment to ensure that it is supporting us to reach our goals. For example It would be near impossible for an alcoholic to remain sober if he a) had alcohol in the home and b) dined out at the pub every night and c) had a non-supportive partner / family. #addiction #equinetherapy #equineresolutions
