This will include a weekly brain based workout that is designed to strengthen your seat, create a strong following upperbody and the ability to react instinctively to changes in direction and movement. As well as a Friday group zoom call to catch up and work on problems $30CAD/mth for an extra $10 CAD, you will get a monthly training program. Email [email protected] to register.
