24.01.2022 This balustrade concept render was for a Subiaco bar that is nearly ready for business. This one has been in the pipeline for a while now and we are looking forward to it being completed! Steel, jarrah and glass all come together to really make the stepped soffit concrete stair pop! Located in a heritage building meant there were no accurate plans so we scanned the area and worked to the as-built walls and service locations. 12.01.2022 7 Images This beautiful spiral glass balustrade was installed late last year for the premium design and build firm @urbaneprojects. Our scope started at the raw concrete stage where we laser scanned the formed concrete spiral and assessed how close it was to a true spiral.... As expected, the spiral needed to be adjusted so we guided the layout for the quality craftsmen at @customtimberworks. Once the adjustments were made and the channel was installed, we rescanned to confirm the shape for the structural laminated spiral glass. Finally, the glass was installed without a single wasted panel and our job was successfully completed. The end result is stunning!

Weighing 2,400kgs the stairs werent an option so we used our 3D laser scanner to scan the area and complete a crane lift study. 09.01.2022 This cantilevered staircase (in progress) has a very imposing presence. Not many houses could pull off such a bold feature but with the industrial feel of this residence it looks amazing. - The stainless steel cable balustrade will have our in-house integrated fittings that allow the cables to be tensioned and maintained easily. - The treads and floating landing will be boxed with natural blackbutt timber. @ Doubleview

04.01.2022 A spiral glass balustrade completed by ErgoBuild. The client requested a clean minimalist design so a typical tube handrail wouldnt suffice. To ensure the balustrade was safe without a handrail, structural toughened laminated glass was engineered and incorporated into the final design.
