11.01.2022 nothing like being blanketed in smoke...is hard to see all the hard work that has been done over the last week or so. We have street lights and nearly all the foot paths are laid, plants going in to the first park this week...come and see!

11.01.2022 Well, things are set to change here at The Sands with our titles due out of the state land registration office any day now. This means that there is no longer a requirement for huge Disclosure Contracts but just a simple contract, as if you were buying an existing home. We have 5 homes ready to go as soon as this final piece of the puzzle is received - so look out for slabs and framework well before Christmas - then it will be easy to see just how much room there is here. Enquiry has certainly increased these past few weeks so if you have your eye on a specific block, please don't hesitate!
