Any stay of over 4 nights duration within the above dates I will book for the bargain rate of $100per night. 2. I am looking for a long term tenant from May 1st. $450per week. Renting the villa @ valentine fully furnished and all bills inclusive. This includes water, gas, electricity & Foxtel but no phone connection....
