21.01.2022 AAT Student Visa refusal-English Language requirement cases Some observations as a Language Interpreter- 1) AAT asks for an actual proof of how you have the required language ability,e.g. an IELTS or PTE score.Mentioning the fact that you are going to start ELICOS or have done it does not seem to be considered as a proof of your ability. So,please consider-do I have a language test results as a proof of my language ability? 2)AAT or any Tribunals may not consider your persona...l deals with your partner,e.g.if you feel that you have been cheated by your partner who got your student dependent visa cancelled even after you paid their full fees. The only matter which seems to be considered is-whether you fulfill the actual visa conditions? Note-Please realize these are general observations from AAT hearings and you may still need a good migration lawyers advice.The aim of the post is to make applicants aware of the conditions they might want to consider before investing time and money in an AAT case.
