An awesome share and conversation Just shows how if we don’t heal our own inner child and personal lie our pain filters through all aspects of our life especially in relationships. ... The relationship we have to ourselves being the pivotal one for how we perceive life and then show up. It shows just how important that deep love and forgiveness for ourselves in all our pain, shame and imperfection heals not only ourselves but others. That each one of us innately want to be seen loved and understood for all that we are. 23.01.2022 How can you be aware of your Personal lie, the belief that limits you and unconsciously runs through all aspects of your life? By firstly becoming aware you are not your thoughts. Have you ever taken a moment to breathe into your body and become aware of what is constantly running through your mind? ... What are you saying to yourself ? What is moving through your mind distracting you from the present moment and how you truly feel? 23.01.2022 'You are not your thoughts, be the observer and notice what is not serving you" The mind I will refer to at times as your 'ego'. As the mind 'ego' is where the thoughts flow through, which are filtered by the perception of your beliefs and conditioning of your past. The ego is there to protect us but can limit us when we go to create change. The mind will create doubt, anxiety and overwhelm the heart will create excitement, expansion and freedom.... 20.01.2022 Feeling emotionally reactive? Overwhelmed and triggered? What if you just took a breath and created space to stop and question why? ... Took another breath and asked yourself what am I feeling? Our triggers and reactions are a gift for us to to stop the blame game of what is externally happening to us, to go within and see what it is internally reflecting. When we create space to reflect on what part of ourselves that is reacting, by honouring our feelings we can nurture and self soothe ourselves back into alignment. . But if we keep repressing what it is showing us we stay in the reactive, emotional, roller coaster of blame and why me. Isn’t it time to breathe and create the space for those inner aspects of yourself to be seen, loved and validated? Its all in your choice, to blame and shame or heal and feel.. What do you choose?

Not only are we the adult-self that we have become today but we also have these smaller inner aspects of us, that play an impactful role on how we perceive the world. We realise that our needs and wants are not always logical and there is actually a part of us that sometimes acts like a child in how we react and connect in our relationships and life. 11.01.2022 We will never be able to control life and what happens in the world outside of ourselves. The only control we have is how we react. But the only way to understand why we react this way is by going within to understand what triggers our reaction. But most of us fear going within as much as we fear what is happening around us. ... Where does this leave you stuck in the limits of your mind, a victim to circumstance. Which feeds the anxiety, overwhelm and where life feels out of your control. The only way for us to get out of anxiety and overwhelm is by going within ourselves to feel and heal what lies separated from ourselves. This way we can get a deeper understanding of what triggers us and how we can nurture ourselves through it. You will always doubt the process if you don’t get really comfortable with being uncomfortable. You are not always going to like what you see and feel when you face off with what you have avoided within. But it is when you find compassion for yourself, surrender to the feeling the uncomfortable becomes easier. The mind quieten, the fear dissipates and you realise you are going to be okay. As you are safe in this moment and whatever you are confronted with you know how to support yourself through it. 10.01.2022 Feeling Overwhelmed and Anxious? Take a deep breath ~ Inhaling through the nose, Exhaling out of the mouth with a sigh! Do this 3 times. Now on your next inhale, exhale out and say to yourself ~ I am Okay... Again ~ Inhale then nice slow exhale ~ I am Safe Last one ~ Inhale and then slowly exhale ~ I am supported.. Just take a few moments and feel the difference in your body.. Now proceed, present and grounded. Repeat as many times as you need to throughout your days to help you come back to calm x

08.01.2022 The mum in me wants to hold these two close to me like this forever. But I know that’s not my job as a mother or parent to protect them from life but to give them the tools to navigate it. It’s firstly as their mother to know myself. To know how to be self responsible in how I navigate my own life. ... To understand my emotions, to heal my negative beliefs, to let go of my past conditioning from my childhood and embody all that I am. That is not in hiding the process from my boys. That it is in all the vulnerability it takes to show up and show them that I’m not perfect. I don’t have it together all of the time. That I can be wrong and admit it. That I can be emotional and it’s ok. That I get angry and it’s ok as long as you express it and not dump it. That grief is to be felt not repressed. That life changes, it’s messy and unpredictable. It’s in the showing them, all of how I feel, how I communicate it, my needs and emotions. It gives them permission and a safe space to do the same and feel al if it too. In through me showing them how to feel. I also get to show them how I nurture myself through it. How not to shame myself but to love myself even when I am wrong. It’s shows them how to navigate their struggles not take them away. To give them tools to understand their minds and body and how to become self responsible and resilient. The biggest i feel if all that they are loved. For them to know I may not like their behaviour but I will always love them. For them to realise that they are worthy just as they are not for what they do. To give them the ability to love themselves and not have to be perfect. And to know they have me to fall into in any state and I am there in no judgement but in love in the good and the bad times. There is no such thing a perfect parent or perfect life. It’s in being present with ourselves we can be for others. It’s in how we show up and navigate our life, our children get to learn how to move through theirs. It’s in taking responsibility for our own shit, we shift it for them. These two are my greatest teachers and loves. It’s a crazy ass journey but I’m just honoured they chose me as their mumma x

06.01.2022 As you enter 2021 sit with this quote. Question ~ What parts of your life, what aspects of yourself are holding on to unworthiness. What do you attach your worth to ?... What you do, Should be, Look like, What you have, or haven't achieved? Your worth isn't defined by any of it. You are worthy just because you are and you are loveable because you are you.. You are worthy just for existing, remember that. So i feel this year, let go of all the things you hold onto or attach your worth to, and realise, you just are worthy every aspect of you. It's time to open and receive because you are worthy and deserve it all, just as you are x

06.01.2022 All emotions are okay... It's in the learning to feel through the emotion in its entirety we can let it go. Because as we know Emotions are Energy in Motion.. It's in the re~learning in how to navigate our emotions, in a way that serves us positively, that we can fully express ourselves.... It's when we can understand our triggers, see our old patterns at play that we can reveal how we have been conditioned to feel our emotions. When we can take full responsibility of our part, we can then nurture ourselves through the feeling. We can stop the Blame and Shame. We can release the concept that emotions are either good or bad, wrong and right, negative or positive. They just are emotions that we are experiencing in the present moment and too will pass. Remember when you get stuck in a story and cant let go of a feeling. That you are okay. That it's just an emotion, that is meant to be felt and expressed not buried and repressed..

06.01.2022 A Beautiful reminder for you: There is nothing wrong with you.. You are exactly where you need to be in this now moment, trust in that and Breathe.... Yes, you have patterns to unlearn, trauma to heal and new parts of yourself to embody. But you are not broken..You don't need to be fixed so stop looking outside of yourself to feel better. This is your time to build trust with yourself with every choice you make. For every moment you catch your personal lie playing out.. Love yourself for noticing. For every time your monkey mind activates and you go into fear breathe and come back to your body and ask yourself "How and I feeling?" When you are reacting. Don't beat yourself up.. Just breathe. Now instead of blaming ask what it is this situation is showing me? When you are feeling emotional or triggered instead of distracting yourself question yourself.. When have you felt this before? Allow a smaller aspect of you to reveal itself so you can start and internal dialogue to forgive and heal.. It's all in creating awareness and having tools in your selfcare tool box you can reveal, unlearn and heal the patterns from the past.

04.01.2022 That through this process of awareness and in revealing the deeper part of ourselves, there is going to be a trigger of our defence responses from the mind. The minds job (our ego) is to protect us, to keep us safe and it's basis is our Personal Lie, our core belief of our separation from love. Now we are opening to our truth, a new way of perceiving life through a different lens, the lens of love... our mind finds it uncertain.... Our mind likes certainty, so it will do anything to cling to that and to avoid the unknown, even if these patterns and thoughts no longer serve us. 01.01.2022 Embodying Self love and feeling worthy and loveable just as you are, can be the biggest challenge you face as you navigate life. It's unravelling all that you believed yourself to be, through your past conditioning to open to who you truly are. The journey within to embody and love all aspects of yourself, dark and light takes time. It's not something you can tick of your 'to do' list.... Its creating a new awareness and state of being, in each and every now moment. Through each layer you shift and open to, a new perspective and way of seeing life and yourself is revealed.
