08.01.2022 I use peppermint oil daily especially when its hot. It helps cool my skin which makes me less likely to be angry because of the heat. And with 3 x 40ish degree days i have been using this day and night!! Reach out if you need some essential support.

08.01.2022 I love my on guard range of cleaners. I literally use them everywhere. I was hesitant to purchase the laundry detergent, so i ended up using my points to buy it. But it really is the best laundry detergent i have used. Theres no really strong fragrance and it cleans everything so well! Even little spot stains! Oh and you get heaps of washes in one bottle.
