20.01.2022 I just had to share this. My 6 year old daughter wrapped up one of my shoes for me for Christmas and this was the note inside it. It was the best present because I laughed so much. It proves that a present doesn't have to be expensive, it's the thought and the simplicity that often appeals to our heart. What did you receive yesterday that really touched your heart?

After two weeks of enduring the pain of a pinched nerve in my shoulder, I had an acupuncture and massage treatment with Steve yesterday ... and I've been completely pain free ever since. I'm also saying goodbye to the dust and cobwebs that have gathered. Do you know how wonderful it is for your headspace to do some de-cluttering? At lease mine will be in the air con. Today I'm working on candy popcorn, nut bubble slice, fruit and nut icecream and preparing some of the salads. What preparations are you working on today?
