25.01.2022 I shared this in my essential oil support group, but these are too good not to share with you all. Anzac Biscuits with a doTERRA twist! Ingredients: ... 2 cups instant oats (you can use rolled oats) 1 cup self raising flour 2/3 cup raw sugar 3/4 cup desiccated coconut 1/3 cup golden syrup 125g unsalted butter 2 tablespoons hot water 2-3 drops doTERRA cinnamon bark oil Method: Preheat oven to 160C (325F) Place the oats, flour, sugar and coconut in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon. Place butter and golden syrup in a pan and melt, then pour into the oat mixture, add the cinnamon essential oil and combine well. Add water if the mixture is too dry. Place a spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking tray and flatten slightly. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool for 5 minutes on the baking tray, then move to a wire cooling rack to cool completely. Makes approx 28 (maybe a few more if you dont eat the mixture while making them! )

To start with my 7 year old refused to partake in our nightly routine and kept creeping out of his room, (the other two were already in the land of nod), so after a little begging he let me use the "sleepy" roller on his feet.....BINGO!! 17.01.2022 DIY Cleaning Wipes Cleaning wipes are great to have on hand when you are cleaning messy surfaces. They are easy to use and can easily be thrown away when you are done. These DIY Cleaning Wipes don't take too long to make, and can be stored in an air-tight container and used at your convenience whenever you need help cleaning up a mess. Ingredients... 1 roll premium paper towels 1.5 - 2 cups warm water 2 tablespoons Fractionated Coconut Oil 3 drops doTERRA On Guard Protective Blend 12 tablespoons doTERRA On Guard Foaming Hand Wash Instructions Cut paper towel in half widthwise with a sharp knife. Use half the roll now and half later. Combine water, Fractionated Coconut Oil, essential oils, and On Guard Foaming Hand Wash in a small bowl. Pour mixture over paper towels. Let mixture absorb for a few minutes. Turn container over and let sit for another 2-3 minutes. Remove and discard cardboard tube. Pull wipes from center of the roll when ready to use and store in air tight container.
16.01.2022 Self isolating? You have to make this! This is so Y.U.M.M!!! This is done with normal milk chocolate but you could make it using cacao/raw chocolate too if you want a guilt free version. ... ~ 500gms Milk Chocolate ~ 5 drops Green Mandarin Essential Oil (sounds like an odd combo, but it's divine!) ~ 1 cup mixed nuts and fruit, plus extra for the top (I used dried cranberries, pistachios and slivered almonds) Melt chocolate, add oil and mix. Add mixed nuts and fruit. Pour into a lined baking tray, then top with some extra nuts and fruit. Pop in the fridge until set (or freezer if you are in a hurry). Chop up and serve! Note: make sure you line the tray with baking paper or you will never get it out!

You can make you own arm pit mask using bentonite clay, water and essential oils like Tea Tree, Lemon, Frankincense, Geranium, Juniper Berry, Grapefruit, Myrrh, Zendocrine blend or Balance blend. Or you can use doTERRA's detoxifying mud mask. Leave on for 5-15 minutes and wash of...f. (Start with less time and work your way up). . Use daily until the pong disappears, then use weekly to keep it away. . 16.01.2022 It's that time of year again. Kids are back at school and they are sharing more than the footy at lunchtime! Headlice seems to be one of things we put up with as we believe it's inevitable at some point.......well not in my home!! One of my worse nightmares as I hate doing the laundry at the best of times , so having to wash all the sheets, the clothes the kids had on etc makes me want to cry! Not to mention the chemical solutions to kill them or the combing, combing, co...mbing to make sure you've got every last one of the horrible buggers! My solution?.....well it's prevention actually, is a natural mix of Tea Tree, Eucalyptus and Rosemary Essential Oils, a little Fractionated Coconut Oil and cool boiled water. (You can add Peppermint or Lavender from the Home Essentials Kit, if you dont have Eucalyptus and Rosemary. Clove is an option too.) I use this spray every single day on the kids and a little in their hats (plus a bit of tea tree in our shampoo) and after 4 years in the childcare/school system, not one case of head lice in our home! Yay! In a 100ml spritzer bottle add: 10 drops Tea Tree 10 drops Eucalyptus 10 drops Rosemary A small squirt of Fractionated Coconut Oil Cool boiled water. Just a quick shake before each use and spray! Easy! Prevention is so much easier than cure!

Ingredients: 100ml White Vinegar 10 drops Clove essential oil... 8 drops Cinnamon Bark essential oil 12 drops Wild Orange essential oil 375ml cooled, boiled water Spray Bottle Instructions: 1. Put White Vinegar and essential oils in 500ml Spray Bottle. 2. Top with water. 3. Shake well before each use. 4. Spritz on hard surfaces and wipe clean.

09.01.2022 Stuck at home = cleaning the house! It's not really my favourite thing to do, but I love this Natural Cleaning Paste! This is great for baths, sinks, tapware, tiles, stove etc... You will need: 1 cup Bi-carb Soda (sodium bicarbonate) 1/4 cup On Guard Cleaning Concentrate 10 drops Lemon essential oil Mix to resemble a soft paste Just apply, wipe down and rinse. Easy!!!! (Leave 5-10 minutes for tough grime) No harsh chemicals and peace of mind that I'm not breathing in toxins, or when my little one's sit in the bath, theres no residue of anything harmful. Winning!

08.01.2022 How do you remove your eye make up? I stopped using the store bought stuff ages ago as I wasn't keen on the ingredients I couldn't even pronounce! Water alone just doesn't cut it with some mascara and I don't like the idea of rubbing the delicate skin around my eyes too much (it encourages wrinkles and I really don't need anymore! ) doTERRA's Fractionated Coconut Oil is gentle, natural and doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes. One or two drops on a damp cotton pad is enough. ... I love the many uses for this Coconut Oil, as it's more than just a carrier oil for my essential oils.

06.01.2022 I recently shared this in my essential oil education group...... Are you finding it hard to find hand sanitizer in the shops? Make your own with doTERRA On Guard! *8oz is approximately 236ml so you may need to adjust the quantity slightly depending on the size of your spritzer bottle. ... You can also substitute the aloe vera with fractionated coconut oil. You just need something nourishing for the skin, as the alcohol can dry out your hands. (You can also leave out the alcohol, but experts are currently advising DIY hand sanitizers need the alcohol for them to be effective,......at least 60% alcohol by volume.....mind you they also say washing your hands with normal soap and water for 15 seconds is sufficient ) I wash with an On Guard foaming hand wash for 15 seconds, and then use the non alcohol hand sanitizer as an extra layer of protection.

02.01.2022 You should always wash your fresh produce if you're not peeling it, but it's even more important now as you can never be sure who picked up the piece before you! We've been soaking it in water and a few drops of OnGuard and Lemon for a few hours, then rinsing clean and wiping dry. (oh and then throwing the tea towel in the laundry and washing our hands )
