25.01.2022 Spring seems to be delayed so today Im diffusing the beautiful Citrus Bloom blend to distract me from the rain & wind outside! All the floral, amazingly aromatic & a beautifully uplifting feel good blend. It should do the trick!!
23.01.2022 Christmas is here, can you believe it?! Which means I am now closed for custom orders & will re open for these on 28th December. I do however, have one last blend for the year to release albeit it 2 weeks later than planned ... PEACE & JOY will be released tomorrow 15th December at 10am. This is a beautiful Christmas blend full of oils to keep you feeling balanced & calm as well as energised during this crazy season! 20.01.2022 Lately I have seen social media posts rubbishing MLM companies & advising people to steer clear of consultants/representatives/sales people/Wellness Advocates (whatever the company's term) like myself. It makes me sad to see as there is a whole community of women (& men), mums just like me who work hard on their business to contribute to the household. Whether their passion is in make-up, candles, linen or essential oils, doesn’t actually matter it is a genuine business o...pportunity that allows more to step into the entrepreneurial world without a huge expense. My business is my main income & something I work hard to achieve, I’m fortunate to have had this in the background so that when I was made redundant, I had an option! Over the last 5 years I have delved into the science of essential oils learning more & more from firsthand experience & from short courses. At the moment currently undertaking some aromatherapy study to help me better help you. The personal growth & learning that comes from being part of a community within your company is invaluable, giving the opportunity to take what you have learnt (both the good & the bad) & grow your business further than you expected & perhaps grow into an entity completely of your own! 16.01.2022 I love the smell of doTERRA's Lemon Essential Oil so fresh & uplifting & smells exactly like a fresh cut lemon Perfect for a little freshening of the kitchen sinks while the plugs are in the dishwasher (also with some Lemon EO). We have a lot of tidying up to do today, a bit of a midweek reset. While the kids are home on school holidays there is stuff EVERYWHERE!!!!... 13.01.2022 These three bottles were by my side today all day. Not sure what was going on but a little funky tummy had me reaching for these. Peppermint, diffusing with Peppeemint beadlets to pop as needed (beadlets are amazing containing 1/4 of a drop of oil)... Ginger in some cooled, boiled water Digestzen touch massaged on my tummy Along with lots of water & a heat pack I have had a slow day. Thankful to have these in the house to support our bodies.
12.01.2022 I think Mother Nature missed the memo Another windy wild night here in the beautiful south west of WA! We have had the most beautiful days in the lead up to spring & then BOOM a little reminder of winter! The first day of spring is the beginning of birthday month for us girls in this house as well. Here's hoping those beautiful spring days are back soon!!... In the meantime stay warm & safe, hopefully not too many fences went down last night!

I had a customer ask me about our skincare & which range I use, I had to admit I'm a total mixed bag using a bit from here & a bit from there! If you are after a low tox more natural skincare then shoot me a message & I'll tell you what we have.... Im no skincare expert so I do use other products from my beautician in conjunction with these to get the perfect balance for my skin.

Workout ... Bags packed for a big day tomorrow of soccer & dancing Washing.....work in progress (there is alot) Note the item outsourced....do you outsource? I love walking my dog but he is big & strong, too strong for my joints so I choose to outsource that. The lovely Renee from K9 Connections is amazing with our boy & he loves his walks with her!

08.01.2022 I've spent the last couple of hours pottering in my office sorting (& hiding my sewing cabinet!) The one thing with having my office at the entrance means its the first thing people see so I really need to keep it tidy & organised! I didn't think we would take as long to decide just where we want things. There has been shuffling of different pieces every couple of months as we fall into the groove of this new space.... It's getting there, things are falling into the right place & the house is becoming a home The backyard has taken shape with the last addition of a pretty garden full of gorgeous colour & next is to tackle rhe sandpit out the front I see grass & beautiful roses maybe some Jasmine + Lavender Now, if I can convince the kids to pick up after themselves & be generally clean & tidy I'd be right!!

06.01.2022 Its a big question isnt it? When you ask someone how they are do you truly stop & listen & help? Too often I feel like we ask people how they are as a courtesy & in a rush to move on to the next thing. Let's make an effort to take the time to genuinely listen & offer concern.... This year has been hard for so many & continues to be. For those of us here in the West perhaps we take our luckiness for granted & need to give more concern to our friends in lockdown who really may not be OK. Lets not make it just about asking today but asking regularly & being in tune with our friends & family.

02.01.2022 It was a busy week this week, this little combo got me through several evenings wifh my little cherubs when my last nerve was on the edge of snapping Im honestly so thankful to have these oils on hand for so many different moments as they pop up in life!
02.01.2022 I have one child feeling under the weather, so I have popped a few oils in the diffuser to help. Not a combo I love the smell of..........Ill be staying out of the room Plus a topical combo for the bottom of the feet. Again not the most pleasant smelling combo but certain packa a punch of power!... I've been utilising my Oil Magic book for protocol's alot more recently & am finding myself reaching for some of my lesser used oils.
