When used properly, carrier oils have been shown to improve essential oil topical application through several different pathways. Evaporation is the primary issue in topical application, as body heat and the skin present a formidable barrier. Essential oils have been shown to pass through the epidermis more effectively and efficientl...y when paired with a carrier oil! 16.01.2022 I've been completely stressing myself out over moving with a 6 month old- NOT ANY MORE For the last few days I've felt instant anxious when I walk into my house full of moving boxes and mess! 09.01.2022 Doterra essential oils has given me a new approach to absolutely everything health and wellbeing related, but the one thing that really got me obsessed with these awesome oils is sleep! After having a baby, i literally never expected to have a full nights sleep again! but i did, 2 months in and some essential oils and Charlie started sleeping through the night. Now at 4 months and i can't remember the last time i woke for him before about 6am! here's some sleepy time blends... for all the mummy's (and daddy's) needing an alternative option to 3 hours of rocking (this was me at one stage haha!) -Lavender: 1-2 drops of Lavender* apply to the soles of the feet or diffuse.
