Dressing Ingredients: 2 tbs walnut oil 1 tbs extra-virgin olive oil Juice and zest of 1 lemon 1 garlic clove, minced 1 tsp honey, agave, or brown rice syrup 1 drop of Oregano essential oil Sea salt and fresh black pepper Salad ingredients: 2 cups leafy greens 2 cups just-cooked quinoa can chickpeas, drained and rinsed (3/4 cup) cup chopped walnuts cup feta or goat’s cheese, chopped* Sea salt and fresh black pepper Instructions: Whisk together the Oregano essential oil*, walnut oil, olive oil, lemon juice and zest, garlic, honey, and pinches of salt and pepper. Set aside. *Dip a toothpick into the essential oil and dip it once into the recipe In a large bowl, add leafy greens followed by your cooked warm quinoa. Toss until incorporated. 05.01.2022 This oil is such a treasure. A lot of my followers know I have eczema! Today after eating something I shouldn’t have for lunch I had a reaction with some eczema on my neck. It was soo itchy. I had a roller bottle with tea tree in it so I just applied it to my neck and the itching stopped straight away. Soo thankful I always carry it with me. I probably would have scratched until I drew blood it was that itchy. Now to do some internal healing again to help my skin out. The skin is really a representation of what’s happening on the inside.

04.01.2022 Quick and easy kettle clean Vinegar (enough to cover element) and about 5 drops of lemon essential oil and then boil. We have a lot of calcium issues here and the kettle is always full of it (hence why we drink filtered water). This is the best way to clean the kettle. Plus I put some bicarb soda in my sink and poured the mix down the kitchen sink to give that a clean.
